- Sales returns may be accepted if in original packaging, in new condition and/or salable condition, with original receipt within 15 business days.
- Defective items must be returned within 30 days of sale with receipt.
- Due to Health Department regulations, no merchandise may be accepted for return if worn next to skin, used for sanitary or hygienic purposes, or if it is disposable (ie. dressings, catheters, breast pumps, pillows, stockings, etc.).
- Books, CDs, videos, gift cards, cushions and pillows are not returnable.
- Custom and special-order items are not returnable.
- Unsuitable items (inappropriate at the time fitted or sold) for your condition, substandard (less than full quality) or defective items must be returned within 30 days of sale with receipt, in original packaging and in new condition.
